1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Delivery Times:
• Standard: 3–5 business days
• International: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to ALL OVER THE WORLD.
Some locations may be restricted due to shipping regulations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
